All orders are shipped from The Netherlands (EU) within 6 working days. For orders within The Netherlands and a few other selected destinations (Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Luxemburg, Austria, UK, Italy & Spain) SOLOON STUDIO collaborates with DPD Home Deliver Carrier. DPD services are registered and come with a Track & Trace number. All our dispatched goods are insured within Europe by us to the total amount.

All SOLOON STUDIO Jewellery pieces are handmade to order. This means that each piece is unique and made especially for you. Allow 4-6 working days production time before your item is shipped. Please consult each individual piece for specific turnaround times. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact me at hello@soloon.studio before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

Returns Policy

SOLOON STUDIO Jewellery guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, please contact us within 14 days since your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days based on EU rules. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop. Jewellery purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings.

To return an item, please email us at hello@soloon.studio. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. SOLOON STUDIO Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose your name and address. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. A prompt refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

All items are made to order therefore exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
